About us – Financial Advisors
Financial Advisors in Offshore Finance, Capital Funding and Investments
With over US$ 1 Billion in transaction volume and a traditional focus on unique property investment opportunities, our success stories include a £ 23Million London AIM listed property fund for Eastern Europe and a restructuring mandate from Kazahkstan’s largest commercial bank for a 500.000 m2 commercial centre, including 10 hotels (Accord Group) and 100.000 m2 of Chapman Tailor designed prime retail space.
Unlike most large professional service providers who are bound by heavy onshore regulations limiting or even prohibiting advice relating to offshore transactions and tax avoidance, we provide tangible and realistic ‘hands-on’ solutions in an ever changing and increasingly challenging global investment climate aimed to give you the ultimate advantage.
By closely monitoring and anticipating regulatory and legislative changes which may adversely affect investors’ positions, we strive to be one step ahead of the competition.
Our advantage of being independent, unbiased and completely offshore, allows us the flexibility and creativity to optimize our clients personal and business affairs across the globe.
